I am a record technician in the Personal Injury Department. As a record technician, my daily responsibilities include working closely with the paralegals in order to request the records and bills that they require for our clients’ demands. My work includes calling the providers, requesting medical records from our clients’ doctors and hospitals, requesting PIP logs from auto insurance carriers, and requesting liens from health insurance carriers.

The most enjoyable part of my job is fulfilling requests. I gain fulfillment from helping the paralegals receive the records that they need. I find it important to maintain communication with the paralegals regarding necessary records and bills.
